In terms of the provisions under the All India Council for Technical Education (Grant of Approvals for Technical Institutions) Regulations, 2018 notified by the Council vide notification number F.No.AB/AICTE/REG/2018 dated 31/12/2018 and other notifications, as applicable and published from time to time, Woxsen School of Arts and Design, Hyderabad, is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), a statutory body under Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
Clay moulding happens to be an integral part of a design course under Material Exploration for Foundation Students. Like how facilitator moulds a students, like-wise, Students at Woxsen are equipped with the skill of moulding clay to understand the fineness of the material and also to acquire the skill in order to handle clay to mould it to give shape and form.
Pirouette 19 helped the students understand visual merchandising, window displays for effective presentation of the fashion merchandise. This was facilitated through trend and market research.

Aparna talks about her two-year transformational journey at Woxsen, thus far. Second year Fashion Design students of Woxsen School of Arts and Design organized a Fashion Ballet called ‘Armageddon’ to show case their designs for unconventional garments. Unconventional because, the students have used paper, wire, plastic, mesh, cardboard and etc as the material to make garments.
This fashion extravaganza is curated under the mentorship of Hiten Noonwal, a celebrated artist in several media. He is a piece of art himself.
This visual treat was in-deed a Fashion Ballet, where students presented their work using theatrics. The ballet targetted technology and destruction of nature.
You are what you wear. Clothes are considered as our skin.
The collection is not about clothes, it is about skin. These are characters from the stories and poems. The students have used this to express themselves.
